Steps To Postponing Your own Death: Diet

Do you have any idea that your present diet may be ingredients of death? Well, it's very easy to change that.A research by American Public Health Service has shown that reduction in fat consumption( especially of saturated fatty acids) should be the no.1 dietary priority in boosting the health of Americans.

To be precise, a study has shown that 34% of fat we eat is cooking fat ,26% is meat,18% is milk,cream & cheese,4% is egg&fish and the rest is from vegetables.Most people inn Kenya like eating French fries(chips) but little do they know that they are heavy contributors to fat overdose.
Here's a guide to daily food choices:
-Eat mostly-whole grains,breads,cereals,rice&pasta(6-11 servings)
-Eat generously-fruits,vegetables(2-5 servings)
-Eat moderately-beans,nuts,seads,meat(2- 4 servings)
-Eat sparingly-fat,oils and sweets
